There is a massive market in NLP for well-trained NLP people to establish themselves in their communites as highly skilled trainers with a competitive edge that makes them distinct from the average Trainers.
This is an optional module where you will work with Michael teaching Core Skills and Classic code NLP on the first module of the NLP Practitioner and International Coaching Certification. This course is ideal if you want to develop your training skills in classic NLP, such as Milton Model, Meta Model, Anchoring, Submodalities, Rapport and Rep systems.
Michael will mentor you to teach these classic patterns and you in turn will work as a mentor with the participants.
One of the challenges in modern day NLP is a large number of people seeking to become trainers do not have practical experience in training and client work. The more experience you have the easier it is to build your business.
The other challenge new NLP Trainers face is how to make themselves distinct from the crowd. Most NLP companies are teaching the same material John Grinder & co developed 40 years ago.
To help fill the gap, John, Carmen and Michael have created a mentoring and coaching plan to give you practical experience in a life training environment where you can also learn New Code NLP Training. The intention is to ensure you have practice with the classic code, you can teach and certify the new code and ultimately be able to teach NLP Coaching Certification.
In this 5 day module, you will work closely with Michael on a core skills diploma. This course is also the first five days of an NLP Practitioner course. You will learn directly how to inductively teach NLP patterning. You will learn how to set up practitioner courses, teach calibration, rapport, representation systems, anchoring, signals, meta, & Milton model. During the course you will work directly with the participants and mentor them on their development.
