NLP Academy Training Centre (South Croydon)
Exclusively with Michael Carroll
Becoming an NLP Trainer that can teach on a conscious and unconscious level is a skill. How much is it worth to a trainer to get all their students to obtain the skills they need them to? How does this impact the participants who will take your courses? We have a rare opportunity for you to take, as it is the first ITA (Grinder/Bostic/Carroll) Trainers Training to be hosted in the UK since 2011.
The International Trainers Academy (ITA) was created by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll to create a high standard of NLP that is recognised globally for excellence. Becoming part of this organisation is an achievement, as Michael has reputation for the highest of high standards in NLP and you will experience a rigour in his style. He will insist in excellence from you and encourage you to go way beyond your comfort zone so when you go home to your community you are a walking model of excellence to the people you bring NLP to.
This course, is about embodying the principles of NLP so deeply that behaviourally you are unconsciously demonstrating NLP. The tacit knowledge will be passed to your learners so what you teach their conscious mind has a foundation for deep learning. In this course you are learning to teach NLP on multiple levels for maximum learning opportunities to occur.
In graduating from this course you will what it takes to be a Certified NLP Trainer authorised by the International Trainers Academy (ITA) and be able to issue NLP certificates signed by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll, and thus enhancing your credibility as a trainer and offering an authentic NLP course in your community.

Trainers Training is designed to challenge you and take your NLP skills and presenting skills to a completely new level. For a large part of the course you will be working in groups of six where you will take it in turns at presenting and using the skills you learnt. In the evening you will be delivering sessions to help you develop your skills and ensure that you prepare well for the course.
Module I: is about delivering presentations using NLP patterning. At the end of Module I, you will give a 35-minute presentation to a group of people. This is not a test, just a way to gauge your skills.
Module II: is about teaching NLP and doing NLP presentations. At the end of Module II, you will give a 35-minute presentation using the skills you have learnt at the course. Again, this is not a test, but you will receive feedback as to whether you would have passed, had you delivered the same presentation during your assessment.
Module III is about assessing your skills as an NLP Trainer.
#1 - You will sit a written exam on core NLP patterning consisting of 2 papers over 5 hours.
The marking criteria is as follows:
69% and below: Re-take
70 -75 %: Low pass
76% - 90%: Pass
90% and above: High pass
#2 - Design and deliver an NLP presentation using the Grinder 8 Step Format
You will be graded either re-take, low pass, pass, or high pass
#3 - Conduct an NLP teaching demonstration that is chosen for you by the certifier
You will be graded either re-take, low pass, pass, or high pass
#4 - Present under challenging conditions
You will be graded either re-take, low pass, pass, or high pass
The standards are high
If you are a re-take on one element of certification, you will be invited back later to demonstrate competency in the section you were a re-take
If you are a low pass in two areas of the evaluation, you will also be invited back to demonstrate competency in both sections where you were graded a low pass
The ideal target is four high passes
Four passes will hold you in good stead
One low pass and three passes will also get you through
If you have a desire to breathe freshness and excellence into the NLP field, the most effective way of doing so is to join this NLP adventure. All Trainers will have the added benefit of becoming members of the International Trainers Academy, a network of highly skilled trainers who are sculpting the future of NLP through their training courses.
