NLP was developed originally as a study of excellence, exploring the behavioural differences in people who perform at levels of excellence, compared with those who are average in the same task or practice. NLP patterning focuses on personal and professional excellence, and the NLP tools you learn on this course will enable you to improve your own business performance and also those who you lead.
The course runs over 9 days and is divided into two modules. The modules can also be taken on a standalone basis.
In this five day module, you will learn the classic NLP patterns for you to be able to develop rapid rapport with anyone you lead and, be naturally influential. You will also learn how to apply NLP for goal, achievement and breaking through limitations which previously have held you back.

How to gain agreement even in highly conflicting scenarios
How to recognise different communication styles and to be able to use language for optimal influence within the different styles
To be able to read body language and make highly refined responses to lead out of awareness of the other person
How to use specific directionalised questioning to get to the roots of vague communication otherwise known as breaking the bullshit
How to anchor states of excellence in yourself and others
New Code NLP formats for identifying triggers of unresourceful and negative behaviours and directing the natural response to a state of high performance
After this module you will have tried and tested formats to be effective with psychological influence, pattern detection and ways to upgrade out of date behaviours to natural high-performance states.
In this module you will learn how to apply the NLP tools you learned in Module I for the specific business applications of sales, marketing, leadership and negotiation.
Michael Carroll will be sharing with you precise and effective business models he has developed over the last twenty years. By understanding the psychology of others , in sales and negotiation, you can work within the mental patterns of the other person tailoring language and non-verbal language to match their thinking patterns.
In marketing, by understanding how to profile your target audience, you can learn how to apply hypnotic writing to capture the attention of broader audiences and also precise language to engage and stimulate action from the different personality profiles you are targeting.
