Milton Erickson was one of the individuals that John Grinder and Richard Bandler originally modelled, Grinder and Bandler used some of the key principles of Erickson’s work, these techniques form an important part of the NLP doctrine. The Milton model is one of the most important NLP language patterns that NLP Practitioner’s use worldwide based on the ambiguous language of Erickson. Milton Erickson passed away some time ago, but his legacy continues throughout NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis courses and writings.
