Welcome to my January 2010 newsletter. As usual you receive the monthly newsletter a few days early to give you an opportunity to book courses at the December prices. Because of the holiday period we are extending December's prices until January 3rd.
You can keep your costs low by booking your course TODAY. The VAT tax rate increases to 17.5% on January 1st 2010. If you book today, 31st December you will pay VAT at 15% saving you money on tax.
As usual this month's newsletter includes a free video and article. This month's video is an excerpt of a new product I am launching called 'de-stress with Self Hypnosis'. This month's article is on the same theme. The practice group evening is called 'Breakthrough to Excellence' with the grand finale of everyone breaking a wooden board barehanded. The evening is great for setting your 2010 goals.

To experience a simple self hypnosis induction revisit this link which was video of the month way back in May 2008. This is very hypnotic as you will see from the comments on YouTube. Make sure you only view this when you are sitting in quiet place and if you are using an Ipod you do not watch and listen to this while using machinery.

Following on the theme of de-stressing with self hypnosis, in this article you can read how at the neurological level self hypnosis is an excellent way of dealing with stress.
