Hi How are you doing smile Welcome to the NLP Academy forum!

I am sure you have a lot more going for you than you currently believe, life is about choice it all comes down to us to control our own world.

Hi Shafi

You’ve come to a good place to seek NLP insights. We’re all learning here smile

You say you’re new to NLP - have you read any books? Seen any DVDs? Undergone any training?

If the answer is no, YouTube is a great pace to start and an excellent free resource. Searching ‘John Grinder’ will reveal some great clips by Michael Carroll and the NLP Academy as well as some from PeterSalibury108.

If you can find a group near you - an NLP practice session is an inexpensive way to meet other people who are keen to become better at NLP. You might even meet a potential NLP coach / practitioner if you’re seeking a 121 change session - you could use it as a sort of audition to find someone you felt could help.
Looking forward to conversing with you!

Suzy
