The question that comes to my mind is, if the subconscious knows how to heal an ailment and is willing to do so, why do we need to request it, why does it not just happen, particularly in the case of a long term ailment? Paul.

The logic of the unconscious mind is different from the conscious mind. The unconscious is very literal. Communicate with it like you would a child - getting agreement at each stage. Just because there is a signal agreeing that the unconscious knows how to heal and is willing to do so, the instruction to start now and signal that the healing has began is a way of making sure via the signal the healing processes are beginning.

If you get a ‘no’ or nothing at the start now request you might have uncovered an incongruence to deal with. It’s better to have the incongruence surface at this stage than after the client has left the office
