Colour paper in Whispering in the Wind, part 2, chapter 1

I am rereading this remarkable book, and was stopped at the place where John remembers how they both distribute colour papers within members of their new group. After that they gave instruction to communicate with the same colour members, and then - with different ones…In the first case talking were great and vivid, in the second case communications have difficulties.

John explains that they at the beginning unconsciously (via colours) divided members into subgroups according to member’s modes of representation (on the base of their primarily introductions). As a result, people had easy communication within their colours. But note, another explanation is possible too: instructors had activated very strong archetypes “own”  - “foreign” using colours… In this case the picture may be the same, I think
