The structure of NLP modelling.
This video was filmed in the debrief section at a Master Practitioner
course after the participants had presented their own modelling projects
to each other. The Master Practitioners modelled using the very same
process Grinder and Bandler did to develop NLP. The debrief includes
a model of modelling and a model of presentation.

Understanding your Mind; Conscious & Unconscious Processing
In this article, I will present a much-used metaphor in NLP and that
is the notion of a conscious and unconscious mind. Clients come to
see me because they want to change something in their life. In most
cases clients use their conscious mind to wrestle control of the problems
without explicitly including the unconscious mind in the change. This
article is about understanding the functions of both parts of the
mind in creating change.
