This brand new course provides salespeople with the essential components of The Sales Formula that, when followed, will significantly lift sales results.  Attend this course and learn NLP techniques that will improve performance in the three key areas of sales success.

Motivation

The biggest challenge salespeople face in the current economic climate is remaining motivated. An unmotivated salesperson is a weak salesperson. When motivation is low prospecting and closing suffer. With motivation a salesperson is active, confident enough to explore new territories and strong enough to close tough sales. NLP has many formats for enabling people to access their inner motivation and naturally hold that motivation, even in challenging times.

Planning and goal setting

By failing to plan, you are planning to fail. Without goals, a salesperson has scattered attention and no clear direction. Effective planning and goal setting is a major issue for many salespeople. Time and resource management is a crucial part of planning, but there is very much more. A key aspect of planning is recognising the activities that generate the most income. Usually 80% of business comes from 20% of the activities. Through effective planning you recognise the key activities and types of sales that generate the greatest income. Participants will learn a full NLP planning and goal setting system that when implemented will provide a systemised approach for the day, week, month and year.

When a salesperson is highly motivated, has clear goals and has a clear plan for sales activities, that sales person is truly ready to sell. The next step is having an excellent set of sales skills so that no sales opportunity is lost. NLP sales techniques include processes for creating deep rapport, questioning, language patterns for linking features and benefits and most importantly the skill of closing.
