During the four day certification process you will demonstrate your competency by....

You will also complete a closed book text on core NLP patterning.

For this special NLP Academy Trainers Training John Grinder and his partner Carmen Bostic St Clair have teamed up with Michael Carroll and designed the ultimate Trainers Training experience. Through the years of NLP being handed down through generations of new trainers, the original ethos in many cases has been lost or disregarded. As result quality has suffered. John, Carmen and Michael have a mission to bring back high quality trainings to the field of NLP , and the best way to achieve this is to train the trainers. Together John, Carmen and Michael are an exceptional team and by pooling their skills they will deliver a dynamite training, that is second to none in the field of NLP.

Michael Carroll is the founder and Course Director of The NLP Academy and is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable UK NLP Trainers. When he entered what he then considered the rather staid and conservative world of NLP, he injected a robustness and vigour into the field and quickly built the NLP Academy. The company is now one of the leading NLP Institutes. Michael will be bringing to the course much more than his vast NLP experience, he is a model of excellence for how to successfully build an NLP based business. So if you are looking to join a select group of Trainers, who seek to extend the field of NLP through ongoing development and partnership by offering high quality trainings, The NLP Academy Trainers Training with John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll is most certainly the course for you.

Criteria for Passing NLP Trainers Training

What to expect at Trainers Training

Trainers Training is designed to challenge you and take your NLP skills and presenting skills to a completely new level. For a large part of the course you will be working in groups of six where you will take it in turns at presenting, using the skills you learn. As I said earlier in this letter, in the evening you will be delivering sessions to help you develop your skills. Ensure that you prepare well for the course.

Module I: is about delivering presentations using NLP patterning. At the end of Module I, you will give a 35-minute presentation to a group of people. This is not a test, just a way to gauge your skills.

Module II: is about teaching NLP and doing NLP presentations. At the end of module II, you will give a 35-minute presentation using the skills you have learnt at the course. Again, this is not a test, but you will receive feedback as to whether you would have passed, had you delivered the same presentation during your assessment.

Module III: Module III is about assessing your skills as an NLP Trainer

1. You will sit a written exam, on core NLP patterning, consisting of 2 papers over 5 hours.

The marking criteria is as follows:

69% and below: Fail

70 -75 %: Low pass

76% - 90%: Pass

90% and above: High pass

2. Design and deliver an NLP presentation with a demonstration

You will be graded either fail, low pass, pass, or high pass

3. Conduct an NLP teaching demonstration that is chosen for you by the certifier

You will be graded either fail, low pass, pass, or high pass

4. Present under challenging conditions

You will be graded either fail, low pass, pass, or high pass

The standards are high

If you fail one element of certification, you will be invited back in later to demonstrate competency.

If you are a low pass in two areas of the evaluation, you will also be invited back to demonstrate competency.

The ideal target is four high passes

Four passes will hold you in good stead

One low pass and three passes will also get you through

If you have a desire to breathe freshness and excellence into the NLP field, the most effective way of doing so is to join this NLP adventure. All Trainers will have the added benefit of becoming members of the John Grinder & Carmen Bostic St Clair Trainers Academy, a network of highly skilled trainers who are molding the future of NLP through their training courses. As a member of the Trainers Academy you have full support in getting your work into the public domain.
