Course Overview

Attend this NLP Practitioner course and learn how to use the most powerful tools from NLP to help yourself and others get more from life. The course emphasis is on coaching, so if you are looking for a course where you learn how to help others breakthrough challenges and be more successful, this course is right for you.  Coaching exists in all areas of life, from parenting, business, education, health & fitness and financial management as well as professional coaching practices.

The ‘NLP Practitioner with Coaching Skills’ course is delivered over 2 consecutive modules. Module I, led by Bill Phillips and Hiran Ilangantileke is the four day Core Skills course in NLP designed to give participants working knowledge and practical experience of NLP core models. Module II is the NLP 7 day NLP Coaching certification course led by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll. During this module you will build upon the core skills you developed in Module I and learn New Code NLP coaching models that, when applied, will help you and others raise levels of performance in their lives. The evaluation day takes place on the day immediately after the course where participants will participate in a series of practical exercises to demonstrate their skill and competency on what was covered during the course.

Course objectives

For people to have a highly practical experience of learning how to be successful coaches using the latest core NLP patterns. After the course you will be able to use NLP to coach others (and yourself) to achieve more personal success in life.

At this course you will learn:

Module I: Core Skills; 14th - 17th July

Outcomes and framing Rapport skills and pattern detection Perceptual positions Representational systems Classic Code NLP change formats Personal congruency and the unconscious mind

Module II: NLP Coaching Skills; 19-25 July

In module II you will use all the skills you learned in module I to become proficient in the following:

The NLP Process applied to executive coaching The Language Styles of the Coach How to Help the Client Set Direction New Code NLP The Coaching Relationship Framing, Process and Evidence in Coaching

Certification; 26th July

During the evaluation day you will demonstrate competency with the material you learned during the course. The following certificates will be awarded on completion of successful evaluation:-
