This two day Introduction to Hypnosis course is for those who are relatively new to hypnosis and want to learn the fundamentals. This course is very much about learning hypnosis for personal use, gaining an understanding of how the unconscious mind works and how to work with hypnotic inductions. As well as being attractive to beginners, this course is also an excellent review opportunity for people who have studied NLP and would like to explore the overlap between NLP and Hypnosis.
After the course you will be able to use hypnotic patterning on yourself and with others. You will understand the core components that make hypnosis work.
