Submodalities have been described as our way of creating meaning for the internal pictures, sounds and feelings we experience. Attend this practice group and learn how submodalties work in a systemic manner and that by working with body change, you instantly change a whole set of submodalities
This evening is centered on how our bodies hold the essential key for our ongoing success. If you are walking around with your head down, shoulders sagging and curved spine - you will experience a certain set of internal images, sounds and feelings, which will drive behaviour. If you straighten your spine, put your shoulders upright and lift your head up, your internal images, sounds and feelings will be different.
Many people in NLP who work at the submodality level, do so in one channel usually the visual system. The interventions include mapping across submodalities from one context to another, swishing outcomes images in to replace present state images, finding the driver submodality and taking it over threshold and so on. What these interventions overlook is the impact the body has on internal representations and if you change elements of body posture, the complete system changes and that includes behaviour.
During this evening you will learn the body code that corresponds with each submodality shift, when you know how to do this, you can work at the level of internal representation (submodality) or at the output level in the kinaesthetic system, (body shift)
During this evening you will explore how to change behaviour in yourself and others using rapid and easy to apply interventions. You will learn how to simplify the long winded and sometimes unnatural format for eliciting submodlaities so you can work smoothly in a more natural format.
