Individual Attitude, including self-motivation, problem solving, team work, and communication with colleagues and clients. Participants will explore their mind sets and will learn how to tackle negative thought patterns and, in doing so, have increased focus and motivation. Additionally, attendees will develop communication skills tailored to different personality types.


Leadership Skills


The ability to verbally and non-verbally communicate a leadership vision in a way that people are happy and willing to carry out the activities which are within the vision. There is a big difference in being a boss and being a leader, not all bosses are leaders and not all leaders are bosses. Leadership is having a natural influence on those around you. Participants will learn how to deal with any self-doubts that inhibit them and to develop their leadership style by bringing out their strengths.


Sales and Negotiation


The easiest and most effective way to immediately drive-up profit is to radically drive-up sales on existing products and services. This is an instant profit acceleration method; the costs are low and rewards high.


The other side of the coin is to negotiate well when recruiting and working with suppliers to ensure costs are highly attractive to the business whilst maintaining a good working relationship with the supplier.


Participants will learn a psychological approach for sales and negotiations, and by understanding how others think, will be able to deliver their proposals verbally and in writing to match the thinking style of whomever they seek to influence. For face-to-face communication, participants will learn how to read nonverbal cues in body language and tonality, and also use their own body language and tonality to optimise the influencing effect of their communication.


Marketing


The number of marketing channels has increased significantly in recent years, corporate and individual buyers have adapted to short but regular marketing feeds in multiple social media platforms. It’s not just the marketers who need to be able to write attractive and catchy marketing copy, we all need to know how to capture attention in writing and also audios and videos. This course will show you how to psychologically market to your different audiences using a style to maximise the effect.


The key approaches in this course come from Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Social and Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience for people to go way beyond their current performance levels and to also for them to be aware of the psychology of their colleagues, clients and suppliers so each relationship is optimised.

Neuro Linguistic Programming, as a system is highly effective across the entire business spectrum. NLP was developed originally as a study of excellence, exploring the behavioural differences in people who perform at extremely high levels, compared with those who are average in the same task or practice. Behavioural modelling is at the heart of NLP, and what you will learn at this course originates from tried and tested behavioural models that have been built from multiple studies of people who perform at extraordinarily high levels in their sector.
