Business NLP Practitioner
Course Overview
This course is aimed at people who want to apply their NLP skills in the arena of business and professional development. NLP began its life as the study of human excellence. In today’s competitive business environment, companies large and small need a set of powerful tools to ensure people within the organisation are performing at their very best to ensure business excellence. Directors, entrepreneurs, sales people, managers and marketing professionals will learn and practice how to use NLP for business and personal excellence.
The course has a double track format where for key sessions the group will work together learning the general application of an NLP topic and then to develop the skills specific to either coaching or business. Participants will work in either a coaching or business group with their own trainer practicing and developing the tools relative to their field of application.
Business today is full of challenges with companies competing for a market share that is shrinking in some sectors. The tools of NLP provide business people with a real edge to exploit their competitive advantage. At this course participants will learn how to apply NLP across various business contexts.

- Outcome questions, to enable client’s to be clear about what they want in life
- Congruency and ecology questions for the coach to assess the level of conscious and unconscious commitment the client has for the change process
