Fritz Perls was a primary influence on NLP, yet very few people trained in NLP have an understanding of his Gestalt work. Attend this exciting event with Ana Laura Brito who is a Gestalt therapist and an ITANLP Trainer and you will learn some of the core principles of Gestalt and gain interesting insights into how you relate to this.
It has been said, the quality of a dance comes from the balance of the approach of the dancer’s bodies. Each of us have a specific way of relating with others, which first of all, involves our level of connection with our own needs, and then the ability to communicate them. It also involves the managing of our timing and of the expectations (about ourselves and about the other person, and how we deal with what others expect from us).
At this Hub evening we will explore what in Gestalt Therapy is called “limits of contactâ€, which results in the balance between “contact†and “retreatâ€: between the moment of the connection itself and the moment of the disconnection in order to connect with something else.
Gestalt Workshops are always experiential, not theoretical, it is recommended you wear comfortable clothes to move comfortably.
After this exciting NLP Hub event you will have a clearer understanding of how the work of Fritz Perls influenced NLP. You will also have had a practical experience of Gestalt and self discovery process of how you relate to those closest to you.
