NLP Coaching Certification Entry Level Criteria  

The NLP Coaching certification is the first certification programme that John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St Clair have run outside of South America. This is a very special training. John and Carmen are seeking to certify high quality Coaches. The certification is prestigious because of the unique aspect of carrying John Grinder’s signature certifying you as NLP Coach.

The five day course is practical and John and Carmen will be working on the basis that attendees are already trained to a certain level in NLP. There is a minimum entry requirement for those applying for Certification. Certification will be offered jointly through The NLP Academy and Quantum Leap (John and Carmen’s US based company).

Certification is conducted on 1 December 2004, where candidates will demonstrate competency to John, Carmen and Michael Carroll that they can apply the skills they have learned in the course.

Minimum entry level for NLP Coaching Certification *  

• Certified NLP Practitioner

In certain cases where you can demonstrate you have NLP experience but are not certified as a Practitioner you can attend the 5 day course.Please state your level of experience if you wish to be considered

Candidates will be expected to have working knowledge of core NLP patterning i.e calibration, anchoring, submodalities, reframing, Meta Model and Milton Model, logical levels and logical types (as defined in Carmen and John’s book Whispering in the Wind).

People who have attended shorter NLP Practitioner courses are welcome to apply. The most important aspect is a working knowledge of the pattering outlined in the paragraph above.

Ideally candidates will have had experience of New Code NLP, but this is not necessary as Michael Carroll will run a one day ‘Introduction to New Code NLP’ on Saturday 23 October. This special one day training has been designed to give New Code grounding for people with little or no New Code experience to ensure they get the best from the Coaching course.
