First Wednesday of every month
Dealing with Personal Conflict
An evening of practicing NLP Skills with Michael Carroll
Wednesday 2nd July 2008; 7.00pm – 9.00pm
In the modern age we live life at a fast pace and consciously and unconsciously create partitions in our life. Sometimes the partitions work for us and sometimes they don’t. During this NLP Practice group we will explore NLP processes for working with partitions and parts.
Parts are systemised behavioural processes that are routine in any given context. For example in context A person could have a set of behaviours in one context and complete different set of behaviours else where. Such a situation could create conflict. A person may feel out of control because a part of them* starts to dominate, this is often the case in addictions or compulsive behaviours.
During this evening you will practice the following NLP processes
• Calibration and rapport
• Pacing and leading
• Use of multiple representational systems
• NLP Processes for working with parts and conflict
* Note parts do no not exist in the literal sense – A part is simply a label given to a set of behaviours that seem to be packaged as a routine.
