Anchoring is one of the core techniques in the classic code of NLP. In the modern day, many practitioner courses gloss over this fundamental skill (often because the trainer does not understand it). If you can use anchoring effectively, you can do pretty much every other NLP pattern. Anchoring encompasses a refined set of calibrations to capture the state in the client as it rises to it’s peak and a sophisticated loop of non verbal communication is initiated and maintained by the practitioner in setting and then firing the actual anchor.
